Looking for a meeting room in Amsterdam that gets your team out of the office? We keep one ready in Noord, a short walk from the NDSM ferry. The Sauna Room seats 35 around the table, the coffee is fresh, and lunch comes from our Mediterranean kitchen rather than a catering tray.
You choose a half day or a full day. We handle drinks, lunch and a quiet table with room to think. When the last session ends, you roll straight into drinks or a shared dinner at the same address.

Hire a meeting room in Amsterdam-Noord
Our meeting room of choice is the Sauna Room: a private space that seats 35 around one table, door closed, city outside. The room is yours for the day. We set the table, you set the agenda.
Bringing more people? The Waterfront seats 80, which makes it our pick as a small conference venue for plenaries and larger sessions. Both spaces rent at €250 plus a minimum bar spend. Hiring the whole restaurant is possible on request.
Meeting packages: drinks and lunch sorted
One price per person covers the day. Every package includes hot drinks, still and sparkling water and fresh juice. Add lunch and we make fresh Mediterranean sandwiches; the full-day lunch package tops up the afternoon with croissants and bites.
A half day with drinks only starts at €17.50 per person. A full day with lunch comes to €65 and keeps the group going until the end of the afternoon.
Away days and offsites, built around your team
A good away day mixes thinking with air. Fill the morning, then change the shape of the afternoon with a workshop: a T-shirt printing workshop, the team game Kettingreactie, or a two-hour private sauna session to clear heads. We book workshops on request, around your programme.
Arrival can be part of the day too. On request we arrange a private boat that picks your team up and drops you at our terrace by the water. The Mediterranean state of mind starts before the first agenda item.
From meeting to dinner
When the meeting ends, nobody has to travel. We reset the table and the kitchen takes over. Wind down with drinks, or sit down for a shared three-course dinner at €35 per person, served family-style the way we like it.
That is how a meeting day becomes a team day. One address, from the first coffee to the last round.
Getting to Noord
Our address is Papaverhoek 31 in Amsterdam-Noord, near the IJ. From Amsterdam Central, take the free ferry towards NDSM; with the short walk you are inside in about fifteen minutes. There is parking at the door, and bus 38 and the Noord-Zuidlijn metro (Noorderpark) both stop nearby.

The Sauna Room seats 35 around the table, with room for 80 standing. For a larger session, the Waterfront seats up to 80 guests. Hiring the whole restaurant exclusively is possible on request, seating up to 100.
Can we stay for drinks or dinner after the meeting?
Yes, gladly. We reset the room and serve drinks or a shared three-course dinner at €35 per person; a four-course menu is €40. Your meeting day ends at the table, without anyone travelling.
What does room hire cost?
Exclusive hire of the Sauna Room is €250 plus a minimum bar spend of €1,000. The Waterfront is €250 plus a €1,500 minimum bar spend. Meeting packages are priced per person on top.
Can we turn it into an away day or offsite?
Yes. On request we add a workshop to the programme: a T-shirt printing workshop, the team game Kettingreactie, or a two-hour private sauna session. We can also arrange a private boat pick-up for your team.
