- How many people can attend a corporate event?
Café Soleil accommodates groups from 10 to over 80 guests. For small teams (10–15 people), you can book directly via our website. For larger groups, we create a custom package. Email info@cafesoleilamsterdam.nl with your requirements and you'll receive a proposal within 48 hours.
- How much does a corporate event cost?
Our packages start from €25 per person for drinks, €35 per person for a three-course dinner, and €75 per person for the sauna + dinner package. The exact price depends on group size, chosen menu and extras. Request a no-obligation quote for a tailored price.
- Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We always provide a business invoice in your company name, including VAT details. You'll receive the invoice within 48 hours of the event by email. Payment in advance or afterward is both possible, depending on the package.
- How does the sauna + dinner package work?
You start with a 2-hour private sauna session, bathrobes, towels, fruit, water and tea are included. After the sauna, you enjoy an extensive Mediterranean three-course dinner with unlimited drinks. The total program takes 4–5 hours and is available for groups of 8–20 people.
- Is there parking available?
Yes, affordable parking is available right at Café Soleil, a major advantage over city-centre venues. By public transport: bus 38 stops at the door, and from Central Station you can take the free ferry to NDSM. You can also take the Noord-Zuidlijn metro and get off at Noorderpark.
- Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Absolutely. We can fully adapt the menu for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or other dietary needs. Let us know when booking and our kitchen will prepare suitable alternatives. There are no extra charges for standard dietary adaptations.
- Can we decorate the space?
Yes, you're welcome to decorate the space for your event, think balloons, banners, table decorations. For professional decoration, entertainment or a DJ, we can connect you with our partners.
- Can we do a presentation or speech?
Yes, we have a projector and screen available for presentations, and for larger groups a microphone for speeches or toasts. Discuss your needs beforehand so we can set up accordingly.
