2. What data do we collect?

Through the contact and reservation forms on our website, we may process the following personal data:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name (business enquiries only)
  • Content of your message or request

We also collect anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 about visitor behaviour on our website, provided you have given consent.

3. Purposes of processing

We process personal data solely for the following purposes:

  • Responding to contact and reservation enquiries
  • Processing a (group) reservation or event booking
  • Improving our website (with your consent only, via GA4)

5. Retention periods

  • Contact form submissions: up to 2 years after last contact.
  • Event and group enquiries: as long as needed for the booking, or until you request deletion.
  • GA4 analytics data: up to 14 months (Google default), only if you have given consent.

6. Cookies

Our website uses the following cookies:

  • cs-consent: Stores your cookie preference (essential, 1 year).
  • Google Analytics 4: Analytical cookies for visitor statistics. Only placed after your consent.
  • Tebi / Resengo: The reservation system on the /book page is an external iframe from Resengo. Resengo sets its own cookies for the functioning of their reservation platform. See their privacy policy.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access: You can request what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: You can have incorrect data corrected.
  • Erasure: You can request your data to be deleted.
  • Portability: You can request your data in a common format.
  • Objection: You can object to the processing of your data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens): autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
