We host groups of 10 to 500+ across four spaces, indoors and out. On request we arrange a private boat to bring the team over. Mediterranean state of mind included.

From afternoon to evening at one address

The hardest part of most company outings is logistics. An activity in one part of town, drinks in another, dinner somewhere else again. Here the group stays put all day: you pick the programme, we line up the spaces, the bar and the kitchen behind it.

A day with us can look like this: coffee on arrival, two hours of sauna or workshop, drinks on the terrace, then a family-style dinner inside. One address, one point of contact, and nobody herding colleagues through traffic.

A team outing in Amsterdam Noord for 10 to 500+

Four spaces, one front door. Inside, the restaurant holds 100 at the table and 150 on their feet. The terrace stretches to 200 seated and 500+ for standing drinks. In between you will find the Sauna Room (35 seated, 80 standing) and the Waterfront (80 seated, 100 standing).

A team of 12 gets a snug corner of the restaurant. When the guest list climbs into the hundreds, the terrace becomes yours. In the quote we advise which space fits your headcount.

Workshops and activities on site

The programme never has to leave the premises. A two-hour sauna session opens or closes the day at a slower pace. In the T-shirt print workshop the team designs their own shirts with guidance. Kettingreactie, an interactive team-building game, sparks some friendly rivalry.

Even getting here can be part of the outing: on request we arrange a private boat that brings the team straight to the venue. All workshops and activities are priced on request.

Company outing with dinner or drinks

After the activity, everyone sits down together. Dinner is served family-style: platters on the table, everything shared. A 3-course menu is €35 per person, 4 courses €40. Paella turns the meal into a spectacle: one pan serves up to 60 guests, a vegan option is available, and for €250 our paella chef cooks it live on site.

Rather keep it to drinks? Borrel snacks (two kinds of croquettes, bread with aioli and manchego) are €7 per person. The Basic Bar package covers three hours of house wine, Peroni and soft drinks at €35 per person; Premium adds cocktails and special beers at €50. An extra hour is €10, or €15 on Premium.

What group sizes can you host?

We welcome groups of 10 to 500+. The restaurant tops out at 100 seated (150 standing), the terrace at 200 seated and 500+ standing. The Sauna Room (35 seated, 80 standing) and the Waterfront (80 seated, 100 standing) cover the sizes in between. In the quote we advise which space fits.

How do we build a programme?

Pick an activity (sauna session, T-shirt print workshop or Kettingreactie), a drinks round and a dinner. We schedule the parts back to back and match the spaces, bar and kitchen to your plan. Fill in the quote form or email info@cafesoleilamsterdam.nl and we will think along with you.

Can the team arrive by boat?

Yes. On request we arrange a private boat that picks up the group and brings everyone to the venue. Pricing is upon request; mention it in your quote request and we include it in the proposal.

Can we combine an activity with dinner?

Yes. The sauna session takes two hours and fits before or after the meal. A workshop or Kettingreactie runs in the afternoon, followed by drinks and a family-style dinner: 3 courses at €35 or 4 courses at €40 per person.

Can we book a Christmas outing?

Yes. Around the holidays we serve a festive Christmas menu with a starter, main and dessert at €45 per person. Pair it with drinks or a sauna session for a winter edition of your outing, and request your quote early.
