How many people can attend a corporate event?

Je kan bCafe Soleil accommodates groups from 10 to over 80 guests. For small teams (10-15 people), you can book directly via our website. For larger groups, we create a custom package. Email info@cafesoleilamsterdam.nl with your requirements, you'll receive a proposal within 24 hours.

How much does a corporate event cost?

Our packages start from €25 per person for company drinks, €45 per person for a full dinner, and €75 per person for our unique sauna + dinner package. The exact price depends on group size, chosen menu and extras. Request a no-obligation quote for a tailored price.

Can you invoice our company?

Yes, we always provide a business invoice in your company name, including VAT details. You'll receive the invoice within 24 hours of the event via email. Payment in advance or afterward is both possible, depending on the package.

How does the sauna + dinner work?

You start with a 2-hour private sauna session. Bathrobes and towels are included, along with fruit, water and tea. After the sauna, you enjoy an extensive Mediterranean dinner with 3 courses and unlimited drinks. The total program takes about 4-5 hours. This package is available for groups of 8-20 people. Contact us for availability.

Is there parking available?

No, but there is cheap parking available right at Cafe Soleil. This is a major advantage over city center venues. We're also easy to reach by public transport: bus 38 stops at the door, and from Central Station you can take the free ferry to NDSM (then 15 minutes by bike or 10 minutes on bus 38). You can also take the 'Noord-Zuid' lijn and stop at Noorderpark.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Absolutely. We can fully adapt the menu for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or other dietary needs. Let us know when booking, and our kitchen will prepare suitable alternatives. There are no extra charges for standard dietary adaptations.

Can we decorate the space?

Yes, you're welcome to decorate the space for your event. Think balloons, banners, table decorations. We can also connect you with partners for professional decoration, entertainment or a DJ.

What if the weather is bad for a terrace event?

In case of bad weather, we can move your terrace event inside our premises. Our indoor space offers the same atmosphere with water views. No need to worry, we'll arrange a suitable alternative.

Can we do a presentation or speech?

Yes, we have a projector and screen available for presentations. For speeches or toasts, we provide a microphone for larger groups. Discuss your needs beforehand so we can adjust the setup.
